On Tuesday 29th of January 2019 in a press conference, Dubai Land Departments (DLD) has launched its Dubai real estate promotion plan for the Real Estate Investment Promotion Investment Management Sector. This press conference was held in the presence Director General of DLD; HE Sultan Butti bin Mejren.
This real estate promotion plan will emphasis on attracting investors from different countries to Dubai real estate market. HE Sultan Butti bin Mejren stated in his speech during the press conference stated that “Dubai Land Department would continue to observe investor curiosity from various countries and promote Dubai real estate sector to them.”
He also stated that “Dubai stays at the top of the list for Worldwide investors, positioning itself as a byword for trust, revolution, and happiness and the world leading real estate destination.”
The real estate promotion campaign will cover 10 major countries including the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, China, India, France, United State, United Kingdom, Canada, and Germany. The promotion will include activities that feature 20 different exhibitions, conferences, and property events around the World, which will help promote Dubai real estate development investment opportunities and the growth of the real estate market.
The plans main focus is to provide the best and possible marketing opportunities for developers and real estate brokers and cover the different global markets.
The Dubai Lan Department will take part in the Dubai Property Festival, the Annual Investment Forum in Dubai, the Asian Real Estate Association of America, the London Property Investor Show, Cityscape Global 2019, the London Real Estate Forum, the 19th Luxury Properties Showcase, and the Beijing Overseas Property & Investment Show as well as in other activities in Germany, the USA, and the UAE among others.
The programme will also cover the International Property Show (IPS) in Cairo and Jeddah, and the 30th edition of MIPIM, an international event hosted by the French city Cannes every March.
